The Role

This is the layer everything Medra ships stands on.

You'll join Platform, the team that owns the infrastructure, data and product surface every agent and every internal team depends on. Agents get the attention; Platform is why they stay up, stay fast and stay cheap while hundreds of thousands of conversations run through them.

This is the floor of the company. It's also where a lot of the leverage is: the difference between an operation that needs an engineer for everything and one that scales without asking.

What You'll Do

• Own the infrastructure agents run on — AWS, deployment, reliability, and the cost curve that comes with running LLMs and telephony at volume.
• Build the product surface: the dashboards enterprise clients and our own teams use to run, monitor and understand their agents.
• Own the data layer — Postgres, pipelines, conversation data at scale, and making it queryable by people who aren't engineers.
